Hello neighbors....
I am trying to get word out to help a friend quickly place 2 sweet dogs. If not they will go to the pound or be put down on Monday. (Because of their ages...even if they go to the pound they will not get adopted more than likely and will be euthanized.)
Please email me directly if you know someone who would be interested in them or if you know of a shelter/humane society that possibly could help. (My friend has checked around town and all of the larger ones are full.) I realize it will take a miracle to find a home/organization that will take older dogs but I am forever an optimist. :)

Marley is a 9 yr old male German Shepherd Collie mix rescued from the streets - where he was found cold and hairless. He's now healthy and well adjusted and quiet. Barks at other dogs at first - but socializes with them soon after. Also does well with cat buddies.
Colby, a Dalmatian/Wire-haired mix is 13ish and in the autumn of his life. He was rescued as a pup, and has been with his owners and Marley most of his life. He needs tender care, due to a stomach tumor...but he enjoys relaxing and occasional outside jaunts.
These two boys need to go together - and food/supplies come with them. They are both very sweet - and a caring loving act is what they are praying for.
